Was Satisfied with every single detail this restaurant has to offer. The pork knuckle was prepared near to perfection. The meat was not too salty and the skin was as crispy as a biscuit. The sausages came in different types and most were tasty and savoury. The side dishes of mashed potatoes and a type of "sour veggie" lightened the greasy feeling after indulging in the meaty affair. The sirloin steak was one of the best I have tasted in my life so far. The beef was prepared according to the degree I requested and the side dishes were prepared with heart and soul. Lastly the draft beer compliments every single dish with a spin of fruity flavour after taste. Although this restaurant is on the pricy side (The final bill added up to almost $370!), but I would definitely recommend it for traditional German Cuisine and a splurge on good quality food once in a blue moon does not kill right? =P

Woke up early today to attend the Surrender Bazaar. This happens once in a blue moon so decided to try my luck on nailing loots like Neighbourhood and Wtaps. Reached at 1010 and had to wait till 1200 before the doors officially opens. Had a great chat with a newly found friend in the midst of waiting and he shared his insight on some underrated labels. Finally the doors were OPENED!

The place is really 人山人海！Luckily I started queuing earlier so that I do not miss out the chance to grab the loots! Managed to nail some really good deals that I will post at the end of post~ Went to Three Blind Mice Flea with Carristian after that. Did not manage to catch a glimpse of Melissa which was one of my main goals of going to the flea. Haiz~ But I got an I.T clutch at only 5 bucks. Yes you are not having blurred vision, ONLY 5 BUCKS!!! Think I have luck with small goods every time I visit a flea market. .^_^. After that we took a stroll to Marina Bay Sands under the Scorching weather. I swear to god we nearly melted. Zzz. But it was a fun and fulfilled day occupied with Shopping*

P04 Meet up!

A very good morning to the world! Woke up early for school and was greeted with an empty MRT Station* Really been some time since it was this empty. Know this is a great sign of an awesome day ahead~

School was as usual. STATS is really a PAIN IN THE ASS~ Do not know why so many "smart alecks" like to develop so many statistical tests. Why can't they just narrow down to one test to solve every single problem? Zzz. Really "knock onto the wall" this time round. Guess we must really have a group study session soon in order for us to pass together. =(.

Tom Yam Pasta*

This dish is one of the chef recommendations in the restaurant. A really interesting combination of cream based pasta with a kick of tom yam flavour. A brand new flavour that I have never tried before in my life. The prawns and clam used were fresh and springy too. Overall it is a dish worth trying if you are a fan of tom yam and want to experience something out of the box. *But for those who do not like cream based sauce this restaurant is definitely not for you.

In the midst of the laughter I shared with my friends as they came to my house for CNY visit,  it is a solemn day as well because my grandfather passed away peacefully right after I sent my friends off. I came to know that the prognosis was progressive degeneration. So I am kind of glad for him as he's been struggling with old age problems and it was a relieve off his suffering. So this part of post is delegated to him. "R.I.P Grandpa. Thank you for being in my life and I am sure you will be at a safe place and being well taken care off. Not to worry we siblings will look out for one another and take good care of our parents."

Met up with my Nursing buddy whom I knew for 6 years and counting as she was back in Singapore for holidays. Really glad that she made the effort to meet up despite her being sick. She is always an inspiration for me to strive to be the best that I can be, so that I could provide the best care to the ones that need it most. Thank you for always being patient and lend me your listening ears whenever I needed one. Let's continue to touch other people's life and strive towards our goals together! Looking forward to years of friendship together.

It is Valentine Day once again. Although I did not have a valentine this year but the love and concern showered from my school mates are more than enough to mask the lack of lover. Thank you friends for making a difference in my life. Would not ask my life to be in any other way. Happy Valentine Day everyone!

Chance upon this while reading a blog and I really related to it spiritually and emotionally. Really hope that readers who are trapped in a relationship that is never worth your effort and time would self-reflect and re-access the situation you are currently in. This is bought from Sects Shop located at Cineleisure level 3 that import some underground labels from Korea, Hong Kong and European countries which are not available in Singapore. So for those who like to be different and out of norm, this is definitely a shop to check out.
